Madison is an Experienced Marketing Professional with a proven track record in Integrated Marketing, Brand Management, and New Business Development.

Prior to founding LIGHTYR, Madison worked as Senior Marketing Manager for a toy industry start up, driving marketing strategy and execution for 10+ toy brands, managing $1M+ marketing budgets, creative strategies and media plans. Madison's experience and ability to wear many hats uniquely positions her to support the success of start up and growing companies.

Madison holds a BA in Journalism and Spanish and a minor in Business from The Ohio State University.
